Here is my review of Sion Sono's latest crime thriller The Forest of Love (愛なき森で叫べ). Can the siblings survive on their ingenuity and what they find in the forest? What Into the Forest has steadily in its favor are two fiercely-committed performances from Wood and Page. Parents need to know that The Forest is a horror movie set in the real-life Aokigahara This movie was very well made. I loved the story and plot, and it was way different from many. The Forest ends up feeling like an extended journey to a predestined shrug of a conclusion.
